Flatbread, or Naan, is really good and easy to make. You can also buy it, but it’s cheaper to make and you can eat it fresh out of the oven. Now, if you’ve even had naan, you’d know that it goes well with a lot of stuff. They make pizzas out of it, eat it by itself, with dips, there’s a lot you can do.
Coming up with what you want to put on your flatbreads, now that’s the hard part. Because there’s so many options, you’re stuck having to decide which choice is the best, because you can only eat so much. This recipe is something that takes a more western spin, and adds lots of things. It tastes really good, and it’s really filling. It’s also fairly healthy because a lot of what it has is vegetables or proteins.
Something that’s always important to remember, though, is that you don’t have to put everything on one piece. You can make one with some things, and one with other things. That’s not saying that you can’t put it all on one, you just don’t have to. A little variety is always nice, and most combinations of the right ingredients will be good anyways.
