How to use Food Storage Beans for Butter and/or Oil

If you want to make baked goods that are healthier and cheaper to make check out this article from Every day food storage.
She will tell you how to replace butter and oil in baking with beans. Beans are much healthier, they have no fat and are loaded with fiber and still pretty reasonable price wise.

While I love some fresh butter slathered on warm bread where I can actually taste it I don’t need it in cakes where I can’t really taste it and if I am going to eat cake and feed cake to my family I love the idea of it being healthy cake.
