Homemade Jalapeño Cheddar Bread

Delicious and easy to make this quick bread recipe is a keeper. A bread that goes together in ten minutes and has plenty of jalapeño and cheddar cheese. Great to eat as a snack or to accompany a bowl of soup or even to dip in your bowl of beans. Any way you eat it is all good. Home Is Where The Holmans Are shares this recipe and although it says to bake for 45 minutes I find my oven needs more like an hour so you will need to check it at 45 and then if its isn’t done, try checking every 5 minutes or so till it is done. It is so good and it is really yummy toasted and then with cream cheese and pepper jelly. You get the heat of the peppers but the cool of the cream cheese and cold jelly. Delish.
