Averie cooks shares a recipe for hot pepper jelly. This is so good. I have made it twice since I found her recipe and we go through it like crazy.
You can use this for so many things. We like it as dipping for egg rolls. I have also used it as a glaze for both chicken and pork chops. It is simple to make but so worth the work.
