Nutrient Rich Coconut Almond Bars
Made almond flour instead of wheat and filled with coconut, almond meal and honey to cut back on the sugar. These treats are still a sweet treat but at least they do have a lot of nutrients in them so you don’t have to feel quite as guilty as you would with most snacks treats.
