Let’s say you are standing over a tub with hard stains gloves on hand and your spray bottle made you feel uncomfortable and irritated due to hard chemicals. Homemade bathroom cleaners such as Epsom Salt Scrub are an excellent and healthier way of getting this done.

Restoring your bathroom to its original shiny look is worth celebrating, it makes you the cleaner feel very proud.

With a few DIY quick tricks, no dirt, solid stain or grime will stand in your way. If you have tile in your bathtub or shower doors made of glass (that show every hard water stain) this article provides a simple DIY Epsom salt scrub solution that will make things easier. You will not have to suffer the frustration of trying to keep your tub clean with hard water stains.

See the combination for Epsom salt scrub below.

Ingredients:

1 cup Epsom salts

1/2 cup baking soda

1/4 cup liquid dish soap

Put all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and blend them well. The result is your natural Epsom salt scrub that will remove hard water stains with a little scrubbing !

You can also try removing hard water stains with a paste made from baking soda, Epsom salt and dish soap.

Smear the paste over the surface of the stain and let sit for 15 minutes.

After the mixture has settled in scrub clean and rinse with water.

It’s important that you immediately wipe dry because you don’t want the water sitting on the newly cleaned surface.

Using very harsh chemicals in your home to scrub off hard stains can pose danger to you and your family especially if you have young children. Many advocates of greener living have made a push in a bid to toss out harsh chemical cleaners that can cause skin irritation and nausea to mention a few.

Now you turn to more eco-friendly substances for your cleaning?
