Winter just kills my sinuses, I am allergic to dust mites and when you are allergic to dust mites it is not good to run a humidifier because they thrive in nice humidified air so I am always dry and irritated. I tried this juice that I found on kblog lunch box bunch and it really does open up my sinus and let me get some air. It tastes really good too. A great mix of sweet and spicy. So glad I found this one.
