This amazingly sweet and salty Celery Basil popsicles are refreshing to adult taste buds. They contain no hard liquor but are a step above liquid chemically enhanced store bought sugary treat children tend to favor. Celery juice combined with an Basil infused simple syrup with salt sprinkled into the mixture.

I have heard nothing but rave reviews about this very interesting recipe although I personally have yet to try it. I have secured two friends (Amanda and Mimi) that are cheerfully willing to try these celery basil popsicles with me.
