I love coleslaw but I was looking for one a little different and I found this one from The kitchen. It is so colorful and the addition of cilantro and lime will make it go well with my Spanish dishes. I can’t wait to try this out. I make pulled barbecue pork and then we like to roll the barbecue into flour tortilla with coleslaw. I will definitely be using this recipe for my slaw from now for that dish.
