This Triple Berry Homemade Pie Delicious Recipe – Blueberries Raspberries Strawberries will delight your taste buds with layers of naturally sweet nature’s fruit in whipped cream. A slice of heaven on a plate…. for you. Feel free to add Blackberries as well, more the merrier.
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Package (4 serving size) Strawberry Jello
1 cup of each of Blueberries, Raspberries, and Sliced Strawberries (3 cups total)
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
2 cups Whipped Cream
1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in Strawberry Jello gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Stir in berries. Pour into crust.
3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Garnish with whipped cream. Store leftover pie in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
