It is canning season and if you grew peppers and cucumbers here is a video to help you. You will see how to water bath can pickles, pepperoncini and cowboy candy which is like sweet hot peppers that are delicious. You get the sweetness and since you use jalapeno and Serrano peppers you get that fiery bite as well.
