Crusty bread recipe for bread that is baked in an enameled cast iron dutch oven. No kneading required. My favorite ended up being the cranberry orange and almond loaf. I make different ones but we love that one for weekend mornings. Toasted with real butter, it is delicious. It looks so good you can almost smell that warm yeasty aroma. These were baked in Le Creuset enameled dutch ovens. I can’t really afford Le Creuset but I do have an enameled dutch oven by Lodge and it works just fine for this bread, and tough meats and any thing else you want a dutch oven for.
