It is funny how the more I learn about foraging, it is changing the way I view the world around me.
As I was driving a group of seniors to their doctor appointments, I kept looking at all the trees, plants and shrubs along the way. It suddenly hit me just how many of this vegetation goes to waste everyday that it could be used for a food source. Have you ever had the thought ” If we just used our resources around us that we could reduce of monthly food budget and there would be more food to go around” ?
