Fall is here and what better time than fall to make some pumpkin spice popcorn with white chocolate drizzle. Pumpkin is definitely one of the tastes of fall, along with apples these two make it known that fall has arrived when they start showing up in the groceries and farmer’s markets.
Cooking Classy shares her fall popcorn with this recipe that covers the popped corn in a pumpkin pie spiced caramel and then bakes it for crispy crunch and finally drizzles melted white chocolate over it. This popcorn is totally delicious just like it is but I have also made and added pretzels and pecans to the mix before pouring the spiced caramel over it and we love it with the extras in it.
You can make it either way and it will be really delicious. We have it both ways and they are both good. But sometimes if I have the pretzels and nuts I like to add them.
