Here is a quick and simple do-it-yourself full body soak for some much needed soothing relief from tired and sore muscles.
** Ingredients:
One and one-half cups of Epsom Salt
One-half cup of Pink Himalayan Salt or Coarse Sea Salt
One-half cup of Baking Soda
Differnt Combanations Mild, Meduim and Strong – choose below recipe
These essential oils are known to provide soothing relief for muscle pains
5 drops Tea Tree, 5 drops Wintergreen, 5 drops Ginger and 5 drops Spearmint – Extra Strong
5 drops Wintergreen, 5 drops Rosemary and 5 drops Peppermint – Strong
5 drops Spearmint, 3 drops Lavender and 3 drops Ginger – Meduim
3 drops Eucalyptus, 3 drops Lavender and 2 drops Rosemary – Mild

** Instructions:
1. Combine the Epsom salt, sea salt, and the baking soda together. Mix the ingredients well.
2. Add six to eight drops of your choice of essential oil. In my case, I used Peppermint essential oil and I absolutely loved it!
3. Transfer the sports soak mixture in a large airtight glass mason jar for storage.
4. You may put a label on the jar.
