This is a neat idea from Slow cooker recipes. I never thought of making baby food in the slow cooker but I love the idea of making it. baby food in jars has gotten so expensive and I swear sometimes those little jars are at least half water. Making your own would let you know exactly what is in it and you could have the thickness your baby likes rather than stuff that almost needs a straw. Making it in the slow cooker the way she tells is cool, 2 or more jars at a time of what ever fruits or veggies or even blends than you want and the cooker takes care of cooking them. She even shows how to store the baby food once its cooked.
