Is your spinach up yet? If it is or even if you don’t have spinach planted you need to get some from someone or even from the store and make this tart. It is super scrumptious. There is no meat in it so it works well as a vegetarian dish. If you are doing Easter brunch this is a nice dish for vegetarian guests. It would also be a great Easter lunch served with a nice salad. The caramelized garlic is so good I think I could just smear it on bread and eat it but in this dish it is so delicious. Next time I need to double or triple the recipe, it was gone fast.
