Don’t throw away your orange peels. Candy them and then dip them in chocolate for a nice treat. The only thing to remember to always do when making these is to cook and change the water three times. If you don’t do this three times your treat will be bitter. As long as you cook and get all the bitterness of the peel out you will enjoy the candied peel. It is really good frozen. I like to keep mine in the freezer and just reach in the container for a couple of pieces when I want some.
