If you have the land why not build an earth sheltered greenhouse like this one. Since it is built into a hill or at least has earth around it you would be able to grow all year round. I love the way they used hanging frames to hold the plants up off the ground. They did it that way to thwart the rodents that might try to get into the plants but I like that to tend the garden there would be no stooping and it makes it looks super clean and neat inside the greenhouse.
