People use essential oils for the reason of aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.

Just get a set of beads and charms, stretch magic string, and your favorite essential oils.

For beads, it is recommended to get 14mm round loose beads that come in different colors. Turquoise and purple are popular colors. For your charms, it should be one with a message that means something. A metal, silver piece on anything like love and goodwill will do. The stretch magic is a strong which is more like a cord that retracts itself. They are perfect for small and large beads and handle plenty of hole sizes. For essential oils, it varies by person. Lavender, lemon, peppermint, and cinnamon are just some of the essential oils that are chosen.

First, cut enough of the stretch magic string that will wrap around your wrist, but don’t leave too much out to be cut off int he end. After you open it up, start sliding in the beads till the fill up. After making sure it fits, which means removing extra beads or adding more, finish by adding the metal bead which will be your diffuser piece.Tie the ends and cut your bracelet from excess string. That’s it!
