If you or someone in your family suffers from gluten allergies or sensitivities, you’ve probably learned how to adjust the way you cook to meet these needs. However, one of the hardest parts of being gluten free is finding recipes for tasty, easy to make desserts. Unfortunately, since these are lemon bars, they need to cool for at least two hours before you eat them. And, even worse, it’s suggested you refrigerate them overnight, so you might have to wait to try them.
Because these bars are cooked with parchment paper, they come out looking perfectly. You can cut them with a plastic knife to keep them from falling apart and serve them to the family or even for fancier occasions. They’ll look perfect and taste amazing.
