Sweet and Spicy Zucchini Relish

This sweet and spicy Zucchini relish recipe is not only delicious to eat but super simple to make.   After you slice and dice the garden fresh ingredients, mix and refrigerate for up to 4 weeks… but honestly I very much doubt a mason jar of this relish will not be empty in 2 weeks.

Spoon it upon hamburgers, hot dogs, crackers, added to potato salad and even crazily scooped up with tortilla chips.

Gather up these ingredients:

Zucchini, vidalia onions, a red pepper,a yellow pepper, kosher salt, apple cider vinegar, sugar, tumeric, nutmeg, dry mustard, cornstarch
